  • Dynamic Yoga Flow (65 min):

    • Core Warm-Up: Engage your core and prepare your body for the practice - using L & R hemisphere coherence practices.

    • Standing Shapes & Arm Balances: Build strength and stability through dynamic poses and arm-balancing techniques.

    • Floor Series: Unwind with poses that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.
