What to Expect
Stress-Reducing Mindfulness Meditation (10 min): Begin each class with a grounding meditation to create space in the body, and generate moments of deep quiet between thoughts.
Dynamic Yoga Flow (65 min):
Core Warm-Up: Engage your core and prepare your body for the practice - using L & R hemisphere coherence practices.
Standing Shapes & Arm Balances: Build strength and stability through dynamic poses and arm-balancing techniques.
Floor Series: Unwind with poses that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.
